Step 1: Configure Zendesk Webhooks

  1. Navigate to Admin Center → Apps and integrations → Webhooks
  2. Click "Create webhook"
  3. Configure the endpoint URL from your Customer Support AI Monitor dashboard
  4. Set authentication to Bearer Token
  5. Select JSON as the payload format

Create triggers for these events: Ticket Created, Ticket Resolved, and CSAT Submitted.
